Well, that didn’t take long. A week after it was announced that Kadokawa Corporation’s Yume Nikki: Dream Diary would be headed to the Nintendo Switch, Playism has announced that the west will get their version alongside the Japanese release on February 21. Pre-orders will begin on February 14 and include a 20 percent discount.
In celebration (or just because it’s an appropriate marketing thing to do), Playism have also released a trailer for the surrealist horror game, which is also available on Steam.
Created under the direct supervision of and with full cooperation from the original creator, Kikiyama, Dream Diary is a remake of the 2004 RPG Maker original.
